THE PERSPECTIVE PLANS FOR THE FUTURE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL RESEARCHES

In a modern century of scientific and technical progress humanitarian problems don't remain without attention in one of advanced societies. Problems of humanity of the world, the reference to the person, its freedom and happiness can't remain on periphery. Self-realization of the person, its uniqueness, finding of vital senses and the importance – is that existential, intrinsic that is represented especially important.

In the modern world the person free, strong and assured is, more than ever, staticized, able to make a choice which is carrying out to the full. How to be such? – A fundamental problem-call of a new century.

By our estimation, formation as the existential phenomenon of human life, is base possibility for realization of, for life free, unique, opened to the world. That, in turn, it is by all means connected with key existential categories: sense, value, a choice, experience. The existential analysis of formation consists in the analysis of this phenomenon from a position of a choice the subject of values, the valuable maintenance in the essence of creation of "image". Understanding and choosing values, finding sense, becoming free, creating, unlike, opened, reaching certain completeness in creation of "image", the person carries out itself in the formation. He understands that is necessary for training now, what possibilities are opened in formation, the choice of these possibilities for what to continue the education is how much necessary, whether to what aspired was realized.

Deficiency of an existential component of formation: search of senses, finding of values, understanding of, development of feelings and experiences, – is obvious. An indicator of formation and erudition of the person for a long time already steels real proofs; "possession" categories outweigh "realization" categories; the information saturation seems more considerably, than intrinsic understanding of and lives. Formation became more outwardly significant, than significant. And in the external there can not be bases for existential realization of.

Modern formation – the big race: who is more? Who faster? Rate of modern technologies and programs doesn't allow to ponder, get a grasp, listen attentively. Test forms of current tasks and control focus pupils on a fast choice, tehnocratic thinking. The knowledge of the person, of is lost.

The modern education system is that, researchers underline today that the person can't gather from it the spiritual bases. It should bring more likely them in system the personal effort.

Still E.Fromm in the book «the Person for itself» has capaciously sounded an existential problem of the person: the person learns the nature, creates all new means for mastering by it, but in a captivity of these means loses itself, loses knowledge of. It becomes ignorant concerning fundamental questions of human existence. The person loses meaning of the life – itself and knowledge of.

When formation is possible for the person, instead of compelled then also the person will possess ability all can “all-possibilities” (A.Lobok), and from the earliest age.

So, by our estimation, existential substantiations of formation are a perspective plan of the future psychological and pedagogical researches.
