Josh Beckett was born in Paso Robles and worked in wineries all through High School. After completing school he worked under American, French and Australian winemakers before returning to Paso Robles and founding Chronic Cellars with his brother Jake. They are known for their crazy labels, punning names and well made wines. Looking to try something new? These wines are a must try:

WHITE WINE:

Stone Fox £32.00

35% Grenache Blanc; 33% Viogner; 32% Picpoul

Undeniably the fox of all foxes. Beautiful golden hay colour, aromas of glazed pear and

creamed peach are followed by floral notes. Great depth and a silky body. The palate is

creamy with mouth-watering minerality. The flavours are long, well balanced

and sophisticated.

RED WINE:

Suite Petite £32.00

87% Petite Sirah, 13% Syrah

The dark inky colour of the Petite Sirah can’t be mistaken in this wine. Aromas of cigar spice and

meaty notes finished with fresh cracked pepper. On the palate sweet cherry, blackberry and juicy

blueberry with brown sugar and spice notes. The lingering finish from the tannins keeps you

thinking about her long after she’s gone.

46% Syrah, 27% Grenache, 22% Petite Sirah, 3% Mourvedre, 2% Tannat

This is not the good king of the couch!Big juicy flavours with lots of layers on the palate. A mix of

different red and black fruits will fill your glass. Strawberries, raspberries, cranberries and

blueberries come storming at you. This wine is smooth and silky as it races across your palate.

A polished and plump wine that is stylish and sexy at the same time.

78% Zinfandel, 12% Petite Sirah, 10% Tempranillo

These nuts might be dead but this wine is alive and well!Medium to dark ruby colour.

Flavours consist of black cherry, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. Hints of anise,

black pepper and other spices compliment the juicy flavours. The wine is very full and round

with mild tannins and a soft palate. A light toast integrates well with the different aromatics.
