7-12 Student Activity Policy Agreement 2017-18
Eligibility to represent a school in interscholastic activities and organizations is a privilege. Students who represent South Nodaway R-IV in any interscholastic activities or through membership in any South Nodaway School organization agree to adhere, follow, and abide by all the policies, regulations, and guidelines set forth in the Student Handbook. All such policies are in affect from the beginning to the end of the sport’s season or organization’s calendar schedule and must be abided by 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Coaches and sponsors may incorporate other policies and guidelines with administrative approval.

K-12 South Nodaway Internet Acceptable Use Agreement 2017-18
We have read the South Nodaway Internet Connection (SIC) Terms and Conditions. We understand and will abide by the provisions and conditions of this contract and understand that computer and Internet access is designed for educational purposes. We understand that any violations of the contract provisions will result in disciplinary action, the revoking of user accounts, and/or appropriate legal action. We understand that it is impossible for the South Nodaway R-IV School District to restrict access to all controversial materials, and we will not hold the District responsible for materials acquired on the network. We also agree to report any misuse of the information system to the South Nodaway R-IV District Administration. Misuse can come in many forms, but can be viewed as any messages sent or received that indicate or suggest pornography, unethical or illegal solicitation, racism, sexism, inappropriate language, and other issues described above. All the rules of conduct described in the South Nodaway Student Handbooks apply.
