About the role

Christchurch Hospital is a tertiary cardiac centre undertaking a wide range of interventions and with active research programs. We perform in excess of 9000 Echocardiograms per year and have stress, TOE, contrast and paediatric programs as well as our archiving being digital.

We currently have new and exciting opportunities for trained Cardiac Sonographers.

Attention to detail and clear communications are key to our success here. Your conscientious time keeping and clinical competence will also be invaluable. We're a friendly group with an emphasis on teamwork and quality results.

You'll have the opportunity to participate in the ongoing training of staff. You'll be encouraged to continue with your own professional development as well!

Skills and experience

  • You will be a trained Cardiac Sonographer with QUT, DMU or equivalent post graduate qualification
