CBFNC Certification of Christian Leadership Coaching (CCLC)– Eddie Hammett, based in Hendersonville, NC is a licensed trainer for the Certificate in Christian Leadership Coaching through CAM

- Participants in Eddie Hammett’s training programs will be eligible for a Certificate in Christian Leadership Coaching.

o Building Blocks of Christian Coaching (501)- (16-hour class) cost for class- $375 includes $35/each for curricula workbook, breaks and lunch – January 25-26, 2016 – CBFNC Office – Hours 1-8:30pm; Day two – 9am-4pm

o Establishing a Dynamic Coaching Relationship (502) - (16-hour class) cost for class $375 includes, $35/each for curricula workbook, breaks and lunch - Location: CBFNC Office – Same hours as 501 class April 4-5, 2016

Discounted costs for persons in CBFNC churches -

1. Building Blocks of Christian Coaching (501) For CBFNC- $375/person

Building Blocks of Christian Coaching (501) For non-CBFNC persons $400/person

2. Establishing A Dynamic Coaching Relationship (502) $375/person for CBFNC Persons

For Non-CBFNC persons - Establishing a Dynamic Coaching Relationships (502) $400/person

o Ten hours of mentor coaching with qualified ICF-credentialed coach now required by CAM and ICF. (Coaching fees depend on the credentials of the coach you choose (range/session would be between $100/session to $180/session. (options discussed in class)

o Application for Certification after successful completion of all requirements - $375 ( or reduced to $75 if participate in PPP) application fee paid directly to CAM for diploma, tracking of hours, credits, continuing education offerings to keep certification current and skills sharp.

Total Estimate for Certificate of Christian Leadership Coaching (CCLC) offered by CAM for persons who are documented members of a CBFNC church:

Estimated range includes online, classes, mentor coaching, certification ($2,125 - $2,700 (All fees must be paid before the coaching class or coaching begins)

Courses, teleclasses and mentor coaching can be taken by persons who decide not to receive certification if that best meets their needs.

Class minimum is 10, maximum is 20 persons per training generation. All course content is acceptable for those who want International Coach Federation credentialing

CAM 503 - Coaching Change, Transition and Transformation

Coaching is all about change, but not all change is the same and coaches need to be able to support three types of change: proactive change, transitions, and deep transformation.

This course provides students the knowledge and skills necessary for coaching people and groups through change. Attention is given to understanding different types of change, how to support people going through transitions, and how to use coaching to initiate positive change
