Opening: Electronics Production Technician
Primary Responsibility is to work with cross-functional team to provide final assembly and perform functional testing alignment and calibration on various electronic assemblies using meters, scopes, computers and custom test fixtures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble units according to assembly documentation
Use torque drivers safely and correctly
Test torque drivers for correct torque settings
Pack and wrap product for shipment
Set up download station for specific assemblies
Implementing lean manufacturing techniques
Innovative, problem solver, with strong interest in providing excellent customer service
Responsible for conformance to ISO-9001 standards and requirements
Provide support to various departments as required
Other tasks as assigned by Production Manager
Desired Skills:
Electronic Test Experience - Radio Frequency preferred
Strong attention to detail necessary
Ability to perform repetitive arm-hand tasks
Skilled at reading and implementing documentation
Good computer skills related to office programs and design software
Able to work in a schedule driven environment
Works well with others
Qualifications:
Electronics industry process experience
Strong understanding of processes related to electronic/mechanical manufacturing
Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, arms, shoulders, and legs, moving entire body. Ability to lift and carry 42 pound electronic assemblies with ease.
Knowledge and experience with;electronic assembly documentation process, ESD, ISO 9001, BTP Parts, IC, IPS
