Panama-based Copa Airlines operates flights to 45 destinations in 24 countries throughout the Americas and the Caribbean. With a growing fleet and expanding route network, the airline sought a reliable, scalable and flexible distribution solution to meet current and future demands of its growing online business.
TDP seamlessly integrates with the Copa CRS environment and provides with extensive multi-lingual (Spanish, English and Portuguese) shopping and reservations functionality to support the site’s expanding business. Multiple fare merchandising capabilities such as fare families, promotional fares – ‘¡Irresistibles! deals’, and web exclusive offers are enabled using TDP’s Business Rules Centre (BRC), allowing Copa Airlines to proactively introduce special offers and promotions, or to react at short notice to dynamic changes to their business environment.
In addition, Datalex’s Travel Distribution Platform enables features such as advanced calendar shopping, ‘reserve and pay later’, frequent flyer integration, e-ticketing, e-coupons and multi-currency payment processing.
