Environmental Policy
Building Component Solutions (BCOMS) undertakes the manufacture and supply of insulated panels and related accessories.
BCOMS is committed to sustainable environment protection and to minimize any adverse impact on the environment resulting from our business activities.
We are committed to delivering services with minimal impact to the environment through the following principles
§ Focus on Prevention of pollution, Waste minimization and Resource conservation as critical considerations within our core management processes.
§ Compliance with applicable Legal and Statutory requirements to which the company subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects.
§ Performance reviews to ensure that Environmental Objectives and the requirements of the Stake Holders are met.
§ Provision of Staff training to ensure understanding, implementation and development of these principles throughout our business.
§ Continual Improvement.
All staff will follow the requirements of the Environmental Management System in the performance of their tasks and will ensure this policy is supported and maintained. This policy will be communicated to our customers, suppliers and sub-contractors. It will also be made available to the public whenever requested.

Occupational Health & Safety Policy
BCOMS is committed to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all staff, contractors, and visitors. BCOMS aspires to eliminate all risks to health and safety, and where elimination is not reasonably practicable, to reduce risks to health and safety so far as is reasonably practicable.
To fulfill these commitmentsBCOMS will:
· Establish and maintain a health and safety management system that is consistent with the nature and scale of BCOMSoperations and periodically review the policy to ensure that it remains appropriate to the organization.
· Identify and maintain compliance with health and safety legislative obligations and other requirements relevant to BCOMSoperations.
· Engage sufficient qualified and competent personnel to ensure the effective implementation of the health and safety management system (including legislative compliance).
· Ensure the provision of health and safety induction and training for all staff and personnel at workplace and show strong management involvement and commitment.
· Plan and perform work in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety Management System to achieve our commitments for healthier and safer working condition.
· Promote teamwork by involving all employees in Health & Safety issues or activities.
· Define, document and communicate health and safety responsibilities, authority to act and reporting requirements for personnel at all levels in the workplace.
· Actively identify and manage workplace health and safety risks, through the systematic identification of hazards, evaluation of their risks and implementation of effective risk controls.
· Ensure hazards and incidents are promptly reported, investigated where appropriate, and control measures are implemented to eliminate or minimize the risk of recurrence.
· Drive continual improvement and innovation for Occupational Health & Safety Management System and its performance.
BCOMS Occupational Health & Safety Policy, serves as the frame work for setting and reviewing the Health & Safety objectives, targets and programs. Policy will be available to interested parties on request.
