Design Copyright Agreement, ITAA Proceedings (Revised April 2011)

is being considered for presentation at the ITAA Annual Meeting. If accepted, the text and images will become part of the ITAA Proceedings and will be stored electronically on the ITAA website. ITAA requires designers to assign to ITAA all rights to submitted images and text before a design is reviewed. Please sign and complete this form, acquire signatures of models and photographers, scan and store as a PDF, and be prepared to upload it as part of your submission.
I hereby assign and transfer to ITAA all rights to the paper, submitted image(s), and image(s) made in conjunction with the annual meeting in the above named work. This includes the right to copyright, the right to grant permission to reprint, and the worldwide right to distribute electronically in current or future electronic or digital media without geographic limitation. By transferring copyright to ITAA, I have agreed under U.S. copyright law that ITAA owns the paper and may publish the paper and image(s) in print or any other current or future electronic or digital media, has the right to sell reprints, and has the right to include the paper or article in searchable data bases.
After providing required information and acquiring appropriate signatures, save this document as a pdf file and include it in your design submission folder.
