Status of Valor Home August 2014
All: Here is our status as of today.
1: All of the Mini-blinds are now installed.
2: All bedrooms have been coated with 5 coats of wax.
3: The east-side corridor and the three east-west corridors have been coated with 5 coats of wax.
4: The kitchen and the dining room has been coated with 5 coats of wax.
5: The new carpet squares have been installed in the TV Lounge and both rooms have been painted.
6: The Game Room and half of the main corridor has been coated with 5 coats of wax.
7: The corner protectors have all been installed.
8: The touch-up painting in all of the bedrooms is completed.
9: The Visitors Lounge has been painted and the carpeting will be installed on Monday 8-25-2014.
10: Our fire protection vendor has installed all of the appropriate fire extinguishers.
11: The four computers and printer have been installed in the computer room by LCCC.
12: The phone, computer, and Copier, printer, fax has been installed in the Security Office.
13: The foyer has been repainted, and the electronic keypad entry system into the dormitory has been installed.
14: The Walk-in Cooler and the Freezer are both operational.
15: The third on-demand hot water system has been installed and is operational.
16: The Emergency Phone in the Elevator has been installed and tested.
17: The Bedroom and Kitchen furniture and the Mattresses and box screens will be delivered installed next week.
Here are some tasks that must be completed in order of precedence.
A: Get Stewart Roofing to come down ASAP to track down a roof leak in the game Room and one of the bedrooms
B: Continue to encourage Bay Electrical to continue work on the Heat Pumps.
C: Get our shed installed on-premises so we can get the gasoline and mower out of the building.
D: Purchase Lamps and wardrobes for the bedrooms.
E: Purchase furniture for the TV Lounge and Game Room.
F: Have the Flat Panel TV Mounted on the wall [Jursinski].
G: Purchase dishware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
H: Purchase chairs for the Computer Room and the Security Office.
