Review Spare Part Interchangeability Record (SPIR), carry out verifications and reconciliation and raise VAP, Monitor actual accomplishment and prepare necessary reports/analysis of schedule performance

Develop Bill of Materials, assess criticality of spares and define stock level. - Recommend material for processing and spare part purchasing for operation. Check the back up documents for the RSPL (Requested Spare Part List).Transform of materials from RSPL – SPIR format into MAXIMO Material Master.

Develop equipment template. Carry out stock review, inventory optimization and creation. Carry-out studies and statistical analysis on the materials system, spares consumption, spares obsolescence etc. Carry-out inventory analysis and updating for consumables, process equipment spare parts, packing materials, chemicals and capital items.

Maintenance support – ensures the provision of necessary assistant on spare parts issues. Define and assign plants and storage locations for the acquired units. Check the physical quality of items. Carry-out reconciliation of items. Checking materials at stores. Trace out purchase documents.

Responsibility Inspection & Materials Engineer

Coordinates inspection and certification of all lifting gear every six months to ensure they are safe for operational use. Third part inspection report is updated in an electronic document for record purposes. Rejected equipment/lifting gear is repaired and used for safe operations or disposed as junk and certificates are updated.
