PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE
Open Auction of old and unserviceable Vehicles / Frames for General Public.
Vehicles of different make and model / vehicle scrap are being offered for auction to General Public. These vehicles / Frame are available at PTCL Exchange locations in Karachi as per attached List, which can be inspected with effect from 13th Nov 2013 to 23rd Nov 2013.
Auction will be held on 26th Nov 2013 at PTCL Club, Behind Clifton Telephone Exchange, Clifton-Karachi at 10:00am on the following terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions
1. A citizen possessing valid CNIC will be eligible to participate on this Public Auction.
2. The vehicle will be auctioned on “as where as” basis.
3. Employees who have already taken opportunity of PTCL vehicle can also participate in this Auction as General Public.
4. Anyone can offer for one or for all vehicles placed for auction through open bidding.
5. Original CNIC and receipt of Token Money is mandatory for entry at auction venue.
6. Any pending tax liability/missing documents/books etc will be responsibility of purchaser.
7. Interested Public / Employees shall require to deposit token money of Rs.25,000/- in the shape of Pay Order for each vehicle in favor of “ SENIOR MANAGER FINANCE - PTCL” and to be submitted to Manager Finance, CTO Building, 3rd floor I I Chundrigar Road Karachi up to one day before auction. The successful bidder has to deposit 30% of the offered bid on same day and remaining amount is to be deposited within 03 days. The successful bidder must lift their auctioned vehicle within 07 days after depositing the full payment.
8. In case of not depositing the offered bid in given timeline, the deposited money will be forfeited.
9. PTCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason thereof.
