Permission Slip for Music Department trip BOSTON, MA 2018
The Pascack Hills Music Department will be traveling to Boston, MA APRIL 27TH- 29TH 2018 for an adjudication festival with Worldstrides Heritage Music Festivals, Inc.. Students from both Concert band and Chamber choir are invited to participate in this trip. Performing groups will be adjudicated and receive clinics with music professionals on their performance as well as an additional individual clinic with a collegiate music professor.
Cost for this trip is $550 per student which includes 3 days, 2 nights accommodation, breakfast each morning, dinner each night, transportation and festival registration fees. Payment for the trip will be broken down into 3 installment payments. The first payment is in the form of a non-refundable deposit of $200 to secure a spot on the trip. Payment due dates are:
Non-refundable Deposit $200 due Oct. 5th
Payment #2 $200 due Dec. 5th
Final Payment $150 due Feb. 6th**

All payment refunds will be at the discretion of administration and while the payments are refundable (minus the initial deposit of $200), last minute cancellations are not, so please check your calendars for any potential conflicts. Requests for refund after the cutoff date of March 1st cannot be acknowledged, as the monies will have been collected and sent for payment. As with all extracurricular activities all participants must maintain grade and behavior standards as outlined in the student handbook.
