This puppy has been vaccinated with the appropriate vaccination for its age, has been de-wormed three different times, and has been examined by a veterinarian. At the time of the sale, the breeder/seller guarantees that this puppy is in excellent health, and is ready for his/her new home to the seller’s awareness. This puppy will come with information about the breed, a health record from the veterinarian, recommendations for future care, and a timeline for future vaccinations. Puppy is sold with a one year warranty for any life threatening genetic diseases. This guarantee is void if the buyer doesn’t follow all requirements from the seller and veterinarian. In case of this occurrence, the seller will provide the buyer either with a replacement puppy from a future litter, or reimburse buyer up to half of the cost of the puppy for vet fees.

We are now offering a 5 year health warranty for our puppies that are fed Life’s Abundance Dog Food. We have fed Life’s Abundance and noticed such a drastic change in our puppies and dogs overall health that we are now offering a 5 year warranty for our dogs that are strictly fed this food. We will start the puppy on this food, and as owners you will have the option to order this food as needed. The dog food is ordered through a special account which will keep records of your orders. In chance that there is a genetic disability in this time frame we will either refund the cost of the dog or give you another puppy.

If for whatever reason buyer is not able to keep the dog at anytime during the dog’s life, the buyer agrees to first contact the seller. From here the buyer will either surrender the dog back to the seller, or the seller will re-home the animal to a family the seller sees fit.

The seller is not liable for any damages, whether consequential or incidental, to the buyer or any third party that are related to the dog.

Puppy must be examined by a practicing Licensed Veterinarian within the first fifteen (15) days of ownership. Proof of this examination will be mandatory in order for health guarantee to be valid.

This puppy is sold with limited registration. Which means that buyer agrees to have puppy spayed/neutered by six months of age.

Buyer agrees to provide routine preventative care for the life of the dog, and treatments needed for the health of the animal. Preventative care includes, annual exams, vaccinations, treatment for internal and external parasites, spaying/neutering, and flea and tick prevention. Proof of preventative care will be mandatory in order for warranty to be valid.

This contract represents the entire agreement between the buyer and the seller, and no other statement or description has been made regarding the health of this puppy described in the contract.
