6:00 P.M. – Tuesday – February 14, 2017

6:00 p.m. – City Council convenes in front of Hale Center Chamber of Commerce, 705 Main Street, in open session. The City Council will not take any action or vote on any matter during the tour. All arrival times are estimates and the actual times at each location could be delayed.

1. City Council traveling quorum

1.1 6:00 p.m. – Convene at the Hale Center Chamber of Commerce, 705 Main Street, to gather for tour.

1.1.1. 6:05 p.m. – Recess and depart Hale Center Chamber of Commerce for Hale Center ISD Technology Center, 1208 Ave G (The City Council will convene in front of the Hale Center ISD Technology Center.)

1.2. 6:10 p.m. – Arrive at the Hale Center ISD Technology Center to tour building

1.2.1. 6:15 p.m. Reconvene for tour and discussion of building.

1.2.2. 6:30 p.m. – Recess and depart Hale Center ISD Technology Center for Wright Building, 621 Main Street (The City Council will convene in front of the Wright Building.)

1.2.3. 6:35 p.m. – Arrive at the Wright Building to tour building.

1.3.1. 6:40 p.m. – Reconvene for tour and discussion of building.

1.3.2. 6:55 p.m. – Recess and depart Wright Building for Hale Center Chamber of Commerce, 705 Main Street
