  1. PRESIDENT AND TRUSTEE REPORTS

A.  TRUSTEE SHARON BOWER - ADMINISTRATION, FINANCE, JUDICIARY, LICENSING

i.  Consideration of a motion to approve Operator’s Licenses for the following individuals subject to schooling and Police Department review in accordance with Village Code: Pamela Heins (Renewal).

ii.  Consideration of a motion to approve an IT services and maintenance contract with Nyquist Engineering in an amount not to exceed $14,400 expiring April 1, 2018.

iii.  The Spring Election is scheduled for Tuesday, April 4, 2017. Polls will be open at Village Hall from 7:00am to 8:00pm.

iv.  The Court Report is available at the Village Clerk's Office for review.

B.  TRUSTEE TOM CONNOLLY- STREETS & ROADS, EQUIPMENT, STREET LIGHTS, WEEDS, LAKE PLANNING AND PROTECTION

C.  TRUSTEE KEVIN FITZGERALD - CEMETERY, SANITATION, RECYCLING, SENIORS

i.  The Yard Waste Recycling Center will resume operation for the season on April 1, 2017. The center has moved to the Public Works facility at 800 Burlington Avenue. Hours will remain the same: 10am-2pm on Wednesdays, 8am-3pm on Saturdays and 10am-2pm Sundays, dependent upon the weather. Resident vehicle stickers are required for entry- and may be picked up at Village Hall.

D.  TRUSTEE AARON KAROW - BUILDING AND ZONING, PLAN COMMISSION, AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS

i.  Consideration of a motion to approve actions from the March 15, 2017 Plan Commission meeting:

(1)  Recommended motion to approve Ordinance 2017-3-1 amending Chapter 17.32.010 of the Village Code pertaining to Permitted Uses in the Commercial District.

ii.  February 2017 Building Permits: 12; Valuation: $186,503; Fees Collected: $1,878.60.

E.  TRUSTEE JEREMY KNOLL - POLICE, FIRE, LAKE CONTROL, PARKS AND BEACHES

i.  Consideration of a motion to approve the 2017 Movies in the Park series and authorize staff to order the movie rentals.

ii.  Consideration of a motion to approve issuance of Raft, Pier, and Buoy permits for the 2017 season in accordance with Village Code and subject to Police Department review.

iii.  Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution R2017-3-2 authorizing participation in Suburban Mutual Aid Response Teams (SMART) and authorizing staff to sign the SMART mutual aid agreement.

iv.  Consideration of a request by Daniel Porter to upgrade the dugouts at Legion Park ball field as an Eagle Scout project.

v.  The monthly Police report is available at the Village Clerk’s Office for review.

F.  TRUSTEE BARB ANDRES - SEWER, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, YOUTH, LIBRARY

i.  The monthly sewer report is available at the Village Clerk’s Office for review.

G.  VILLAGE PRESIDENT HOWARD SKINNER

i.  Consideration of a motion to approve various permissions regarding the Aquanuts’ 2017 season.

ii.  Consideration of a motion to accept Erin Butler’s resignation from the Library Board.

iii.  Discussion with Twin Lakes Chamber & Business Association and possible actions regarding a proposed gazebo at Lance Park.
