5 Reasons to Study Pharmacy at the University of Sydney
International Student Admissions Test (ISAT)
This test is for international students applying to medicine, dentistry, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy courses at a selection of universities. Some other courses require special categories of applicants to sit for ISAT.
Macquarie Uni Global leadership entry program
If selected for the program, students will:
- be offered a place with Macquarie before finishing Year 12,
- get an early start on the Global Leadership Program with invitations to events and workshops,
- build networks that will last a lifetime and,
- have access to Macquarie University’s state-of-the-art facilities including the library.
Applications are now open.

Charles Darwin University Expands Sydney Centre
Two new floors were opened including a health precinct to accommodate CDU’s growing health student cohort and further deliver the latest in learning and teaching spaces for business and finance students.
Courses on offer to international and domestic students through CDU Sydney include Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Business Administration.
CDU Sydney is located on Levels 9, 10 and 11, 815 George Street.
CSU Engfest

A four-day event that brings together industry, educators and the community in Central West NSW to showcase the works of CSU's Student Engineers and to discuss and celebrate the profession of engineering.

Capital W - Women in Business Workshop

For Year 11 or 12 female high school students planning a career in business. You will have the chance to chat in person with some of Capital W's esteemed sponsors, which include: Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Citi, Commonwealth Bank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, EY, Goldman Sachs, Macquarie Group, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Westpac Institutional Bank and Woolworths Limited.

Ernst & Young Cadet Program
As a cadet, you'll combine full-time work with part-time university studies. You'll gain valuable experience working with clients and will be exposed to senior managers early so that you can learn from some of the best in the organisation. And don’t worry, we’ll provide you with extensive training, coaching, detailed guidance and skills development. And when you do graduate, the experience you'll have gained through the Cadet Program may place you head and shoulders above your peers.
The Cadet Program is currently offered in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Applications open 15 May and close 16 June in Melbourne and Sydney.Brisbane apply in the first year at university.
Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors Scholarships
AIQS offers a number of scholarships each year for Year 12students who qualify for entry into a Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management (Economics) or other appropriate course at an AIQS accredited university in Australia.
The scholarship is to the total value of AU$3,000. Applications close: 1 September 2017.
Champion's Cadetships
You must expect to successfully complete your HSC before seeking toundertake a relevant degree (Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Accountingor Business degree with an Accounting major) and you must be studying either business studies, legal studiesor economics at school. Applications close: 18 June 2017.
ACU Early Achievers' Program
If you regularly volunteer in your community – through your school, community organisation, or cultural or religious group – you could be eligible for the Early Achievers’ Program entry into an undergraduate degree.
If successful, you’ll receive an offer as early as August to study, and benefit from opportunities to enhance your leadership and volunteering skills while at ACU.

CG Spectrum: Introduction to Concept Art
This course is required for students who wish to study a Diploma of Concept Art and Illustration at CG Spectrum who don’t have a portfolio. It helps prospective students achieve the portfolio requirement and learn basic skills they’ll require during the course. You can start online today.
Kenvale High Flyer Program
Hospitality, Cookery or Event Management
For Year 12 students.
26 students are selected to participate in a two-day training program at Kenvale College and an experience hosting or cooking for the Gala Dinner.
2 students receive:
- Entry into the Kenvale Hospitality and Event Management, or Commercial Cookery program
- $3,000 to go towards their college fees
- One week’s work experience in New Zealand (at the end of their first year) including airfares, meals and accommodation
- A professional development program prior to commencing college including exposure to industry professionals and involvement in college events

Australian STEM Video Game Challenge
High school students design, create and test a video game that engages with STEM to submit to the competition. This year’s theme is Reaction. The challenge runs until Fri 25th August.
Women in STEM
Program 3 explores the careers of women STEM leaders who are at the forefront of the industry. The program explores six dynamic female role models and their individual career journeys with companies on the cutting-edge of technological innovation in Australia.
Teachers may run the program in the classroom or as a homework exercise for students.
