PERFORMANCE TESTING, COPYRIGHT, AND ADVERTISING POLICY AGREEMENT*

Upon submission of the completed performance testing form and provision of seed, I represent that I have authorization to provide the subject seed for the intended purpose and hereby provide permission to Texas A&M AgriLife Research and Extension (AgriLife) to test wheat varieties and/or hybrids and/or experimental breeding lines designated on the attached entry forms in the manner indicated in the test announcements. I understand that the seed provided to AgriLife will not be used for breeding, selection, genetic engineering, or other purposes without permission from the seed provider. I certify that seed submitted for testing is a true sample of the seed being offered for sale.

Entry fees furnished by the seed provider are to be used by AgriLife without an itemized accounting to provide the necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, commodities, travel (including travel to professional meetings), and other items needed in connection with the project. I understand that all results from the Texas A&M AgriLife Hard Red Spring Wheat Performance Test belong to AgriLife and shall be handled by AgriLife in a manner so as to produce the greatest benefit to the public. Performance data may be used in the following ways: 1) Tables may be reproduced in their entirety provided the source is referenced and data are not manipulated or reinterpreted; 2) Advertising statements by an individual company about the performance of its entries may be made as long as they are accurate statements about the data as published, with no reference to other companies' names or cultivars. In both cases, the following must be included with the reprint or ad citing the appropriate publication number and title: "See the official “2017 Texas Wheat Variety Trial Results” report on the Texas A&M AgriLife Variety Testing webpage, http://varietytesting.tamu.edu/wheat, for details.
