Rules
The following rules have been made for the use and enjoyment of all our guests. The rules must be followed as they will benefit a majority of our guests.
Rule #1. Have Fun and Relax
Park is open from May 1st, weather permitting to October 1st. Off Season use may be permitted with permission but water and sewer may not be available.
Pets must be leashed at all time and cleaned up after. If your pet is a nuisance they may not be allowed.
The dumpster is for FOOD GARBAGE ONLY. No remodeling refuse ( doors, windows, wood, beds, appliances, ect.)
Boats and boat trailers must be parked on the back lot across the road Please park them in an orderly manner. No parking trailers by your site.
Please keep outside noise to a minimum.
Parking. We have limited area for parking. Please be courteous of where you park.
Tents. No Tents allowed
Guests are responsible for burying water and electric lines from service to their RV if necessary.
No dumping or burning debris.
All mobile homes and park models must be skirted.
Prior written approval is need for decks or additions
Each guest is responsible for keeping their site neat.
No sublets or leasing your site.
Existing guests who sell their unit to stay on site must have approval from Owner/Management.
All trailers must have a current license. The penalty will be the loss of the lot, plus any fees imposed by the county. No refund will be given.
No children under 16 years of age in party room after 10:00 p.m.
Children under 8 must wear life jackets while on or near docks.
Be courteous of your neighbor and clean up after your self.
