Dear Members,

Sub: Intensive Study Course meetings for the year 2009 - 10

We are back again, to do study of various laws such as Sales Tax, Profession Tax & Service Tax intensively. We know that study made in this course enable the participants to update themselves. In this study course we are also going to deal with individual queries of participants and know more about recent/important judgments.

One of the members of the group acts as a group leader to lead the discussion and one of the seniors in the profession will monitor the discussion. We expect that the interested members to come forward to act as group leader and therefore in the form the option of “I wish to be a group leader for the subject” is provided. At the end of the session one of the members will report to all of us on recent/important judgment.

The meetings are generally arranged on 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month during 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at Mazgaon Library.

The inaugural meeting of the Intensive Study Course is planned on Thursday
1st October 2009 between 10.30 a.m. & 1.00 p.m. at our Library i.e., Room No. 104 Vikrikar Bhavan, Mazgaon, Mumbai – 400010.

The group strength is restricted to a limited number of members to facilitate better interaction within the group. The course fee is fixed at Rs.600/- for Members and Rs.750/- for Non members. We request you to join the course at earliest.
