October 2012 / AmeriCorps Launch Event Portland State University / Participate in skill-building workshops. Take an oath of service
October 2012 / Make a Difference Day of Service / Mandatory Member participation in local service project. Report of service activities due to ORCC
October 30, 2012 / Winter Service Plan form due to ORCC / Members and supervisors will work together to outline a plan for holiday leave time
December 2012 / In-Service Training / Members come together for continuing training
January 14, 2013 / Mid-Term Member Performance Evaluation / Site supervisor and Member complete, review together, and send to ORCC
January 21, 2013 / Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service / Mandatory Member participation in local service project. Report of service activities due to ORCC
February 2013 / Mid-Year Progress Report Due / Site supervisor and Member complete, review together, and send to ORCC
Spring 2013 / Site Visits / ORCC will conduct site visit with host sites
April 24-26, 2013 / Continuums of Service Conference / Host sites are encouraged to submit proposals to disseminate project information at the conference
June 17, 2013 / End of Term Member Performance Evaluation / Site supervisor and Member complete, review together, and send to ORCC
June 2013 / In-Service Training / Members come together for Life After AmeriCorps and continuing training
June 2013 / Graduation
