Arrangements for special needs will be honored for those written requests received 10 business days prior to the conference. Clearly state your specific needs for mobility assistance, interpreters, etc. Attempts for on-site requests will be made.

Payment will be required prior to attendance. Each registered attendee will receive a hotel reservation form with his or her confirmation email when payment has been received by the MACMHB.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the conference for a full refund less a $15 administrative fee. If cancellation is received less than 10 business days prior to the training, no refund will be given and the full charge will be incurred. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
Evaluation: There will be an opportunity for each participant to complete an evaluation of the course and the instructor. If you have any issues with the way in which this conference was conducted or other problems, you may note that on your evaluation of the conference or you may contact MACMHB at 517-374-6848 or through our website at for resolution.
Additional Information for Non-Registered Guests:
Attention 2017 Wraparound Conference attendees who are planning to bring guests/family members with them to the conference, the following information is provided to help you to adequately plan for your attendance.
You will be responsible for the additional lodging and meal costs for guests not registered to attend the conference. Only those individuals who are registered will receive their meals as part of the registration fee. Meal tickets which include gratuity will be available for purchase at the front desk at the following rates:
•Breakfast $14.51
•Lunch $14.51
•Dinner $ 27.75
These rates are based on the state meal rates plus the resorts applicable gratuity and fees.
If you choose to bring some or all of your additional meals (those not included in your single registration fee) there are mini fridges and microwaves in each room. There are grocery stores nearby as well as a number of local restaurants. Individuals should choose whichever option best fits their needs and budgets.
Hotel Information:
Each registered attendee will receive a hotel reservation form with his or her confirmation emailwhen payment has been received by the MACMHB. Do not contact the hotel until you have received your confirmation letter and hotel reservation form. Shanty Creek Resort will only accept your hotel registration via fax or mail when submitted with the individualized Wraparound conference form you will receive from MACMHB upon receipt of payment.

Currently, a 6% state tax, 9% resort fee and 5% CVB assessment is applicable to the roomrate.
Such tax and assessment fees are subject to change without notice.
- Condo accommodations are extremely limited and will be available on a first come basis.
- The charge for an extra person is $15.00 per person, per night.
- Children under 17 years of age may stay free in their parent's room using existing bedding.
- Subject to availability, the rates above are also available to attendees two days prior andtwo days after the peak room block dates.
- Rates listed are based on the current state government hotel per diem. Rates are subjectto change if the per diem rate increases.
A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold each individual's reservation. This deposit serves to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check in, will be applied to the last night of the reserved stay. A personal check, money order or a valid American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diner's Club or Carte Blanche card number and expiration date are acceptable. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable less a $10.00 handling fee if notice is received at least five days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained
