Since you have been one of my private lenders, I want to share with you a way for you to make more money with your IRA dollars.

I have a goal to reduce my inventory of homes in 2008 and am willing to sell some of them for what I owe which creates a money making opportunity for you.

You might ask why I just don’t sell them to the current tenant/buyers living in the home now? Frankly, they might buy them in time and if they do, you would profit, but many times they move out and I have to find another tenant/buyer.

This plan works because of your IRA money and it is exactly what I am doing with my own IRA.

You might ask why don’t I buy this with my own IRA money? Well, because my money is all invested or I would.

You should know, these houses are not fixer-uppers. These homes have all the work done and people are living in them on a rent-to-own basis. That is a huge benefit to you because:

1. You don’t have to fix the house

2. They want to buy the house

3. You could convert them to instant home owners. I can’t because I have an underlying mortgage, but you can because you would own the house in your IRA with a goal of growing your IRA.
