Dear Parents,
The academic year 2016-2017 has drawn to a close. We appreciate your dedication and cooperation and thank you for your continued support.
· The Results will be announced on 31st March 2017. Parents can meet the Class Teachers between 8.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. only.
· The school re-opens on Thursday, 1st June 2017 and will function till 12.30 p.m. Attendance is compulsory on the re-opening day.
· Sale of books, Uniforms, placing orders for new or extra sets of uniforms and accessories are on 19th April 2017.
We request you to submit a report of evaluation of Speech, Hearing and Sight of your child on the day of Admission from Nimhans or

We request both the parents to come to the School Office on
6th April 2017 – ( Prep. II A & B )
7th April 2017 – ( Prep. II C & D ) and
8th April 2017 – ( Prep. II E & F ) between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
to fill up the Admission Form for your daughter to Std. I, failing which, the admission of your child stands cancelled.
One latest passport size photograph of the Candidate in school uniform, Father and Mother against a white back ground. (Please note that 75% of the photograph should be of the face).
Signature of both parents on the Admission Form is mandatory. Please fill in details as appearing in all original documents.
The following fees to be paid in cash in the school office, before filling the
Admission Form and produce the fee card after the payment of :
· Admission Fees Rs. 15,000/-
· First Quarter Rs. 7,200/-

Please write the subjects name on the labels, as per the list mentioned below.
On the re – opening day send only a rough note book and a pencil box. Send all the note books neatly covered, on the second day of the school. Text Books should be sent only after they get their time – table. Please make it a point to check your ward’s Calendar everyday and see that their homework is completed. Sometimes, oral instructions are given. Please find out from your child about the class activities and experience daily. Help them to pack their bags according to the time – table the previous day.
