Immunization Locations
In order to receive immunization, students must have their immunization record and have a parent or guardian present when they receive their shots.
Where can i get my immunization record?
Through Skyward via Family Access
Log into your account, select the student, select health info, go to display options and
then show vaccinations. You can print them out as well. This is the information that the
campus nurse has on file for your child/student.
Contact your primary care doctor.
If your doctor does not provide immunizations you may ask them for a prescription and
you can take it to either HEB, CVS, or Walgreens. Always check with your insurance to
see if vaccines are covered at the pharmacy.

You must meet the following in order to receive vaccines: Medicaid, CHIP, or uninsured patients for vaccines
You may also call 211 for more information about immunization clinics being held in the outlying communities.
At this time there are no plans to have immunizations at Back to School Registration or the Back to School Bash. Our providers are not available on these dates, so please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
