Turkish Open is granted as WTF G1 as well.

Competition will be WTF Rules. Single elimination tournament

i. Seniors: 2 minute x 3 rounds with 30sec break
ii. Büyükler 2 dakika x 3 round 30 saniye dinlenme

7. AGES
SENIORS: An athlete must be born in 1997 and earlier (+17 years)
JUNIORS: Date of Birth (1997- 1999)
CADETS: Date of Birth (2000,2001 & 2002)
NOTE: Whoever eligiable for Junior and Senior category because of the age has pick only one category for competition
8. Protective Equipment & Uniform
The participants shall wear the WTF recognised Taekwondo Uniform.
Daedoo PSS will be use at this Tournament and will be provided by the OC.
All athletes must bring their own Daedoo sensor socks.
Head gears, Groin/Forearm/shin guards and Gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants.
Head Gear only blue and red colour is permitted
Mouth piece is compulsory!(Only white or transparent)
Koruyucu malzemeler ve Dobok
Katılımcılar WTF onaylı dobok giymek zorundadır. Daedoo elektronik system kullanılacak Organizasyon komitesi tarafından vücut koruyucular sağlanacaktır. Tüm sporcular Daedoo elektronik çoraplarını kendileri getirmek zorundadır. Tüm koruyucular sporcuların kendi sorumluluğundadır. Sporcuların kaskları mavi veya kırmızı olmak zorundadır.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: AT LATEST 10TH NOVEMBER, 2014 Entries after deadline will not be accepted Entries will stop when we reach 1500 players.
IMPORTANT: If the athelete registered on-line does not take part in the competition for some reason, but he/she has not been removed from the list of participants before the deadline(November 10th , 2014) his/her team officially must fully(%100) pay his/her entry fee for participation.

10. Referees: Only International Referees will be accepted. An official invitation for the referees will sent to all Federations.
Referee meeting at 19:00, Thursday 26th November at Maritim Resort Hotel, the Official hotel for the Referees.

Katılım ücreti her bir sporcu için 75 Euro dur. Katılım ücreti Türkiye Taekwondo Federasyonunun aşağıdaki hesabına yatırılıp; dekontunun federasyonu maili olan adresine gönderilmelidir.
13. Entry Fees and Accommodation must be paid before the dead line (November 10th )
Katılım ücreti ve Konaklama ücreti 10 Kasımdan önce yatırılmalıdır.
Note:
Reservation and Registrations are only valid when payment have been received and confirmed by the bank and the organizer.
Gönderilen dekontlara göre kayıtlar kesinleştirilecektir.
· Incomplete application forms or applications without entry fees are invalid and will be sent back.
· Sadece tamamlanmış başvurular Kabul edilecektir
· Applications and payments shall be sent at the same time. Receipt of entry fees, hotel accommodations and applications shall be sent by e-mail.
· Banka dekontları aynı zamanda mail yolu ile gönderilmelidir.
· Payment must be done per team or club
· Hotel reservations that are cancelled after November 10th, will be fined %50 of the total hotel reservation cost.
· Hotel rezervasyonlar iptalinde 10 kasımdan sonraki yapılacak iptalllerde ücretin %50 ödemeyi Kabul etmek zorundadır.
· Hotel reservations that are cancelled after November 15th, will be fined %100 of the total hotel reservation cost.
· 15 Kasım dan sonra yapılacak iptallede ise hotel ücretinin %100 ünü ödemek zorundadır.
· DAEDO Electronic Body Protectors will be provided by the OC, for all the competitors.
· Only WTF approved equipment will be allowed to use in this tournament (even dobok etc.)
· Head gear, groin/forearm/shi guards and gloves are compulsory and must be brought by the contestants.
· Mouth piece is compulsory ! (White or transparent)
· Dişlik zorunludur.(beyaz veya şeffaf)
· All the players must bring their own full equipment except body protector.
· Tüm sporcular kendi özel eşyalarını getirmek zorundadır.
· Only competitors and coaches have admittance to the field of play.
· Yarışma esnasında sadece sporcu ve antrenör bulunabilir.
· Coaching is only allowed in sportswear.
· Antrenörler Kabul edilen spor kıyafeti ile yarışma alanında olmak zorundadır. Şort , terlik, şapka vb. Kıyafetlerle yarışma alanında bulunamazlar.
· All coaches must be 18 years or older.
· Tüm antrenörler 18 yaş veya üzeri olmak zorundadır.
First Aid will be provided by the organization and is only to be used in case of an Emergency
Organizasyon sadece İlk yardım acil durum konularında sorumludur. Diğer konularda oluşabilecek masraflar katılımcılar tarafından karşılanmak zorundadır.
14. Insurance:
· The organisation and supervisor assume no responsibility for teams, any damages, violence, loses and injures during the stay in Turkey.
· Organizasyon Komitesi katılımcıların oluşabilecek sakatlık, kayıplar, kazalar v.b durumlarda sorumluluk Kabul etmez tüm sorumluluk katılımcılara aittir. Türkiye de kalınılan süre içinde
· All contestants must bring their own documents and forms for any medical treatment in Turkey. If not, this will have to be paid cash.
15. CLASSIFICATION OF RESULTS
i. Individual Awards
Medals will be awarded to the top four athletes in the respective classifications and weight divisions of the pertinent championships:

16. HEAD OF TEAM MEETING & DRAWING OF LOTS SESSION
i. The head of team meeting and the drawing of lots session shall be conducted two (1) days prior to the start of the championships that is November 26, 2014, in the presence of OC the representatives of the participating nations.
ii. Kuralar 26 Kasım 2014 günü yapılacaktır. (toplantı tarihi değiştirileblir.)
17. WEIGH-IN
i. Weigh-in of the contestants shall be completed one day before their scheduled competition day.
ii. During the weigh-in, male contestants shall wear underpants and female contestants shall wear underpants and brassieres. However, contestants may weigh-in in the nude if they want to do so.
iii. Tartılar müsabaka gününden 1 gün önce yapılacaktır.
iv. Tartılar erkek sporcuların iç çamaşırı , bayan sporcular iç çamaşırı sporcu isterse çıplak olarak da tartılabilir.
18. INDEMNITIES
i. The respective national taekwondo associations shall be responsible for ensuring that their participants have validly completed and signed the official participation forms, thus indemnifying the organizers, its officials and other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatalities or otherwise arising in the course of participation in this tournament or any activities thereto.
ii. The respective national taekwondo associations shall be responsible for ensuring that all officials and participants are covered with effective insurance coverage.
iii. Participants without proper participation entry forms and effective insurance coverage will not be allowed to compete at the championships.
iv. The Organizing Committee will acquire general insurance, at its own expenses, for all participants of the tournament, including but not limited to contestants and staffs, in the event of any injury and/or damages that may arise during the course of the championships.
