Financial aid provided to attend Harmony University is based on the condition that the student actually attends Harmony University during the session for which the application is submitted (example: HU July 2017). Should the applicant not attend for any reason the full amount of this financial aid award must be repaid to the Carolinas District of the Barbershop Harmony Society.

Applications must be submitted by April 10 of the calendar year of the applicable Harmony University program. Successful applicants will be advised by April 15. As there are a limited number of financial aid scholarships available each year, the District may not be able to award aid to all applicants. Applications will be ranked based on year in school, GPA, elected major course of study, and faculty endorsements should applications exceed available aid scholarships.
