Your new position is funded by ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) which is focussed on reducing economic disparity within and between member states by local areas stimulate their economic development by investing in projects which will support innovation, businesses, create jobs and local community regenerations. During your induction we will provide more training and information about European Funding.

The Cornwall College Group (TCCG) / Duchy College (DC). Operating from nine campuses TCCG is the Cornwall's largest education and training provider. We support 35,000 learners of all ages each year, 2,000 of whom are studying at university undergraduate and postgraduate level. Delivering 10,000 apprentices in the past ten years makes us the most successful provider of apprenticeships in South West England.

Duchy College (DC) is part of TCCG offering specialist land-based education. DC operates from three main campuses: Stoke Climsland on the Devon and Cornwall, Rosewarne at West Cornwall and Bicton in East Devon. The 660 acre Duchy Home Farm at Stoke Climsland supports 270 Holstein Friesian Dairy Cows, with 200 Dairy Followers, plus 110 breeding ewes and arable cropping. The farm is utilised for livestock and crop research and the building of the Future Farm Dairy Systems Platform is a nationally important development of dairy Agri-tech research.

Agri-tech Cornwall Project (ACP) is a project that increases growth and productivity and exploits new market opportunities through Research, Development & Innovation (RD&I) within C&IOS’s agri-tech smart specialisation theme. It is a partnership of the region’s leading stakeholders in agri-tech RD&I: Cornwall Development Company, Duchy College, Rothamsted Research, University of Exeter and University of Plymouth. The partners and other knowledge providers work proactively with companies in solving sector growth challenges using RD&I. This leads to new and improved products and processes which in turn will drive growth and productivity.

The role:

You will be a Programme Support & CRM Officer.

Reporting to the Agri-tech Project Director, you will:

·  provide administration services for the project team to ensure that all marketing, enrolment financial, audit and other arrangements are in place to facilitate project delivery and responsible for ensuring that records are up to date and compliant with project requirements and deadlines

·  lead the development of the processes, systems and protocols that will record how the programme meets its objectives

·  develop, manage and implement the Programme CRM data, including marketing, customer journey and outcome data

·  work with external businesses and partner organisations in the development and maintenance of data

·  contribute to the writing of and provide data for periodic project up-date reports

·  be required to undertake data analysis
