Phantom Athletics' new collection

400 martial arts and lifestyle products

Founded in 2010 in a garage in Salzburg, Austria, Phantom Athletics, with their wide range of specialized apparel and equipment, has already become a household name in the MMA scene (mixed martial arts) "the fastest growing sport in the world" and the martial arts market. In spring 2016 the company will unveil its brand new collection, including protective gear, boxing gloves, head gear, functional training wear and streetwear including t-shirts, pants and hoodies.

Every Phantom Athletics product is designed and developed in-house. The founders Dominique and Nicolas Wenger use theircompetitive martial arts background (both men winning several titles) and their extensive knowledge of the sport to bring breakthrough products to market. The functional boxing and MMA gloves as well as the additional protective equipment are designed to provide maximum protection and safety forall athletes.

Optimal Protection from Injury

Phantom Athleticsallows customers to train under realistic conditions while minimizing the risk of injury. Thus, athletes are able train more often without suffering the consequences of intense combat training. The "brutal nature" of the sport has kept many people from experiencing and committing to it. Protecting the training partners is of utmost importance.

To minimize cuts and bruises and maximize safety, Phantom Atheltics uses only highest quality materials, reliable cushioning and excellent workmanship.Customer satisfaction begins with the moment they unpack their gear and apparel.Unlike the competition Phantom Athletics uses innovative breathable packaging for their products that can be used to store and even dry the gear post training. Additionally, the packaging provides product protection by keeping the Velcro wraps from scratching the training equipment often comprised of polyester.

Compression wear boosts performance

The functional wear specializes in compression apparel, that has been developed and designed from scratch by the people at Phantom Athletics. The design team from Salzburg, is constantly on the outlook for new ways to improve and refine their t-shirts, shorts etc. The newly presented clothing line shares an innovative design and is comprised ofhigh-tech materials. Take the performance apparel, for example. These items use breathable, moisture wicking materials keeping athletes dry and providing a warming effect in cold climates while keeping the athlete comfortably cool in high heat.

Furthermore, the compression apparel offers additional support to working muscles during training. This enhances circulation and performance in a similar manner to deep vein thrombosis (DVT) stockings.Martial Arts veteran and Phantom Athletics CEO Dominique Wenger: "Compression wear eliminates disturbances in combat scenarios. You're protecting yourself from rashes and bruises that are otherwise inevitable. That's why we refer to them as 'rashguards' instead of compression shirts. Most of our customers don't engage in combat sports, but use their training to maximize physical fitness."

Wide selection of streetwear and apparel

The streetwear, i.e. t-shirts, shorts and hoodies have been designed to combine athleticism with comfort. The unique styles providemaximum performance and comfort outside the gym, but can also be used in training.Phantom Athletics uses exclusively high quality prints that are made to last. Customers are especially fond of the attention to detail. The intricately designed patches, well placed silicone prints and premium packaging leave nothing to be desired.

All new Phantom Training Mask

The spotlight, however, belongs to the new Phantom Training Mask. A novel "resistance breathing device" created specifically for strengthening the respiratory muscles during training. The Phantom Training Mask allows users to do a form of interval training by adding resistance to the breathing process. Not to be confused with a reduction in oxygen intake as seen in altitude training. This device is designed to be used during fitness and endurance activities such as running, cycling and of course martial arts (not to be used in water).

Phantom Athletics CEO Dominique Wenger: "Most of our clients do not train to step inside a ring or cage. They want to improve their physical fitness first and foremost. With our products we are able to meet the demands of the MMA as well as the dynamically expanding fitness markets."
