Notice
Sealed quotations are called from registered reputed firms and contractor for purchase of different type of Furniture for Vidyalaya. All register firms are to quote Cost of items as per attached list.

Terms and conditions:
1. Sealed quotations should reach this office on or before 27.03.2015. Quotations received after this date will not entertained.
2. The sealed quotations will be opened at 3:00 pm on 27.03.2015 in the Principal’s office.
3. The quotations will be valid up to 31.03.2016.
4. The Prospective firms should deposit 10% of the contract value as earnest money which is likely to be refunded if quotations are not accepted.
5. Earnest money may be deposited in the form of cheque issued in favour of Principal KV Tenga Valley.
6. The Prospective firms /contractor should have TAN/TIN number andproper registration no. along with taxes payee certificate
7. The Prospective Firms should have distinct legal existence.
