Position title / Load Controller CLC
Job Purpose / The Job holder will perform all aircraft Weight and Balance and documentation activities for well-known international airlines on a shift basis. Ensure the provision of an accurate and punctual service to all customer airlines and that activities conform to legal and safety requirements as outlined by various regulatory bodies.
Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role when requested to by your manager to include working at a different site and additional hours when required

Key Responsibilities / ·  Monitoring of the load control process for all allocated flights as planned
·  Optional task to input cargo, mail and DG/SL data to Altea FM if it cannot be automatically processed
·  Updating restricted ZFW, TOW or LAW to Altéa if additional information is received from pilots or dispatch
·  Ensuring that load distribution takes place according to airlines respective manuals
·  Consider fuel-efficiency when preparing loading instructions
·  Sending loading Instructions to OS
·  Verifying that actual load distribution after Ramp Clearance takes place according to airline manual
·  Inputting final passenger figures received from OS to Altéa FM in case flight is not check-in linked
·  Updating actual passenger area distribution to Altéa FM on free-seating flights (received from OS or aircraft) if it is not automatically updated to Altéa
·  Tallying actual load distribution with loadsheet
·  Checking actual balance conditions
·  Making last minute changes to load sheet if necessary
·  Adding required information to loadsheet SI-element (e.g. AVI, WEA or ICE as baggage)
·  If some mandatory information is missing requesting it from the source
·  Sending loadsheet and other necessary documents to the flight deck
·  Notifying flight deck about possible last minute changes after final loadsheet
·  Dispatching flight related messages (LDM, CPM, UCM OUT, SLS, DUO)
·  Filing necessary flight documents (if automated filing not applicable, e.g. manual loadsheet)
·  Filling ISR/TRF report when applicable
Skills and experience / ·  PC skills – Outlook, Internet, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Ability to work in a small team with minimal supervision.
·  Good communication skills both oral and written to justify decisions taken. Explain in concise detail sequences of events for reports.
Personal
Specification / ·  Good general education level, capable of understanding technical aspects to the work. Clear methodical way of working. Good written and oral skills.
·  Willing and able to work unsocial hours to fit airline programs. Willing to work at short notice extra hours of duty in event of flight delays etc.
·  Fluent in Czech and English, advantage to speak another European foreign language
