PLEASE NOTE: It is a requirement of the club that every member is expected to help at least one of the below Events (or setting up/clearing away) throughout the year

Helper incentive cards were issued to all members in the past. If you have these and want to cash them in towards entries please let us know. These cards will still be used and if you help at an event (minimum half a day) please get them signed by an authorized committee member. If you want a card please request one on this membership form.

If you do not select any you will be allocated them and it will be your responsibility if you cannot make these dates to find someone who can do your duty – the club events cannot run without helpers.

We would like to thank all helpers (and their families) in the past who have kindly given up their time to make all our events a success.
