  • Manage your Will safewhile maximising its value to your practice.
  • Apply the effect of recent judicial decisions toWill drafting.
  • Draft a Will in the most tax efficient manner.

Brian Spierin SC. Brian Spierin is a leading Senior Counsel practising in Chancery, Probate Succession Law and is the author of “Wills” (Irish Precedents and Drafting) and the new edition of “McGuire The Succession Act, 1965, a Commentary”. He has been involved with wills for almost 30 years having joined the Probate Office in 1973. He was a Consultant on the Probate Module in the Law Society Professional Course; has lectured in Equity and Property Law and in the Kings Inns he lectured on Superior Court Practice and Procedure for many years.
