Re: Fifth Grade Musical Rehearsal Schedule

Congratulations to the students who auditioned and received a speaking part! Students should be at every rehearsal but if that is not realistic for you, you can be excused from two except for October 20th and dress rehearsal (to be announced later in the month).

Rehearsal dates for assigned parts are:

Tuesday, October 6 – 2:30 – 4:30

Thursday, October 8 - 2:30 – 4:30

Tuesday, October 13 – 2:30 – 4:30

**Tuesday, October 20(Conference Week) – 12:30 – 3:30**Mandatory Rehearsal

Tuesday, October 27 – 2:30 – 4:30

Thursday, October 29 - 2:30 – 4:30

Final Dress Rehearsal will be decided after the October 20th rehearsal.

I will pick up the students each day in the gym and escort them to the music room. The homeroom teachers will know the cast members but it is the child’s responsibility to tell the homeroom teacher each Tuesday or Thursday that they are staying for musical play practice.

Please send the permission slip with your child on the first day of rehearsal. I can return it after each rehearsal.

More costume information will be sent home next week.
