  1. One gas turbine GT9 /27 Mw, under ABB PLC (TR76 /Secontic) control system.
  2. One gas turbine GT8C /42 Mw under ABB DCS (EGATROL 7) control system.
  3. Two heat recovery steam generators/140 t/h under ABB DCS (Procontrol P13/42) control system.
  4. One steam turbine /36 Mw under ABB DCS (Procontrol P13/42) control system.
  5. One conventional boiler 120 t/h under ABB DCS (Procontrol P13/42) control system.
  6. Two black start diesels :
  7. M.A.N diesel with generator of 1.3 Mw.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The routine and preventive maintenance of control and measuring instruments for air separation (Nitrogen plant) controlling under PLC OMRON.
  • ATLAS COPOCO air compressors, water treatment plants (R.O and Demi), conventional Boilers, cooling towers, refrigeration unit instruments for cooling PVC reactors.
  • Calibration, installation and repairing for :

-All types of pressure and differential pressure transmitters.

-All types of indicators(pressure, temperature, level and flow).

-switches (level , pressure , temp. and flow), proximity sensors , safety barriers , ….. etc.

-All flow meters and flow counters.

-Temperature sensors (Thermocouples & Rtds).

-All types of control valves (on/off valves, modulating valves)

-All pneumatic accessories components(I/P converters, actuators, positioner, ….. etc).
