I was in charge of Sierra Tel Internet’s CD distribution. This included, making the image for both the Mac and PC, and working with the programmer to make the front end of the auto run program.
I have been responsible for training of support technicians, including delivery of technical training presentations.
I am responsible for the testing of new equipment, including wired routers, wireless routers, wireless access points in a LAN and WAN environment, DSL routers, VPN hardware and software.
One of my primary responsibilities is to coordinate and maintain communications with Sierra Tel Internet’s NOC, CallCenter, and Billing. I also coordinate and maintain communications between our Sierra Tel Internet, CPE vendors, the Telco CO technicians, and Networking technicians for partner companies.
I have been involved in the creation and stream lining of policies for Sierra Tel Internet’s CallCenter, Billing department, and the deployment of the DSL and wireless broadband.
