Get Paid for Community Service
Just a reminder that you are eligible for 16 additional hours of community service. You can find something to do as a team or individually. You just need the following things to get paid for your volunteer time:
1 - Get prior approval of organization you would like to volunteer for
2 – Letter (preferably on letterhead) from the organization or group
3 – List of dates and hours on the letter

Going Paperless?
Have you ever considered how much we print? How much paper your office uses? Think about in the last week how many times have you loaded paper into your office printer. . . I bet it was a lot!
GrayCo has been generous with us in ways to help us cut down on all the printing, we just need to be reminded of them and use them!
Ways your office is set up to be paperless:
1 – Newsletters and / or Notices – Just log on to Relate 24/7 and send out your messages that way. Say goodbye to rock, paper, scissors on who has to take out all of the notices! Not sure if someone received their notice? Relate will tell you how many times an email was read and the last time they read it (date and time).
2 – General Communications – Again, just shoot them an email. Unless you work at Centerbrooke your residents most likely use email! =) Use the Tell A Friend Postcard with your shinning smile to follow up with traffic to save a stamp! Not to mention it will draw them back to your website.
3 – Rental Applications – Take advantage of that service on your site. Not sure if you have it or how to use it? Ask your Regional!
4 – Collect Rent Online – Each property is able to collect rent on your website. It is costly for a one time payment ($24.95) however if your residents set up an automatic monthly payment at least 3 months the cost is only $1.00 a month. If your residents don’t have internet they can just call (866-289-5977).
