I.  GATHERING TIME – Jim De Gross

II.  OPENING PRAYER –Dave Orham

III.  PARISHIONER INPUT – Pat Millea, High School Faith Formation visited to keep in contact with the Parish Council. No specific agenda but a very welcome visit.

IV.  EDUCATION – To keep on track with the evening schedule we postponed education.

V.  INFORMATION

A.  Administrative Report – Jim DeGross

Financial – Year to date giving is above budget. School is operating below budget.

Rectory – Currently looking into financing options. Proxy is in place. The estate gift has come in. Options on which building to buy are still being weighed. We would like to have a 3 BR home. The June 1st closing date on a new rectory is still the target date.
GROW Survey – 229 respondents as of 3/26. The total might end up at 400. Results will be in around mid April.

Hiring – Principal candidates are being interviewed now. the committee might have a selection (recommendation) by early May. Being assigned a new priest at the same time as hiring a principal makes the timing tricky.

New Priest – Might be announced the first week in May.

Adult FF – Peg and Steve Hofer are filling in until this part time position is filled.

B.  Calendar Review – Bob Beck

Finance meeting is re scheduled for March 30

April Exec Council meeting is Thursday April 9th at 6:00 PM

Parish council to talk about discernment for the next three incoming PC members at mass

April 17/18. Dave Orham 8:30 AM; Mick Kelly 10:30; Sat at 5:00 needs a volunteer

Next Parish Council meeting is 6:30 PM on Thursday April 30th.

GROW meeting will be Sunday April 26

Finalize the candidate list for Parish Council discernment by May 8th

Parish Council discernment weekend May 23/24

Fr Tom’s retirement party – May 31st, details to come.

About half dozen names were suggested at possible Parish Council candidates. More suggestions are welcome.
