We are happy to confirm your booking dates and the content of your charter Terms & Conditions.
1. Subject Matter and Charter period:
from12-05-18 until19-05-18
a Sailing Yacht of type Elan 431, from marina in Vodice/ACI Marina Vodice, please be aware, that you are not allowed to leave territorial waters of Croatia. Sailing to Montenegro can only be undertaken on selected boats with an appropriate license.
Delivery of the ship will be at 15.00h in Vodice/ACI Marina Vodice, you are obligated to disembark the vessel at 10.00h inVodice/ACI Marina Vodice(return to the base before 17.00h the day before to complete the Check Out).
2. Total charter price (All-Incl. price): EUR 1398.00
(Spinnaker and extras are charged additionally.)

3. Payment methods: We kindly ask you to pay the first payment in the amount of50%of the total charter price within 7 days on our bank account mentioned below. The charter contract shall enter into effect as soon as the first payment is on our bank account within the given time limit. The second installment of the charter price in the amount of50%of the total charter price shall be payable not later than 5 weeks prior to commencement of the charter.

We kindly ask you to pay the Total Charter Pricewithin 7 days on our bank account mentioned below. The charter contract shall enter into effect as soon as this payment is on our bank account within the given time limit. This offer is only available with full payments and will expire if the payment is not received within the given time.
Payment: We only accept SEPA transfers. If not possible please take care of all fees which may occur.

4. Cancellation: Should you cancel the Charter Agreement, the following cancellation costs shall be incurred based on the charter price:
- For cancellations up to 30 days prior to the charter commencement 50% of the charter price.
- For cancellations within the last 30 days prior to the charter commencement 100% of the charter price.
We offer a travel charter insurance costing 5% of the total charter price. Payment has to be made together with the first payment and gives you the right to cancel the charter contract if you (only the Charteree is insured) become sick (we need a medical confirmation) and you are prohibited to start the charter. You have to inform us within five days after disease with written letter including the medical confirmation.
5. Deposit: You shall deposit upon transfer of possession a deposit of EUR 1.500,00 (for boats up to 40 feet) or a deposit waiver - EUR 150,00(not refundable) + 150,00 € deductible (refundable)respectivelya deposit of EUR 2.000,00 (for boats over 40 feet) or a deposit waiver - EUR 200,00(not refundable) + 200,00 € deductible (refundable) in cash or by credit card.
6. Declaration of approval: I agree that my personal information (Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-Mail) can be saved and processed by Adria Yacht Center for the purpose of sending advertisements and information letters about Adria Yacht Center offers by E-Mail or by postal service. I can cancel my approval any time in written form addressed to Adria Yacht Center GmbH, Tiefer Graben 7, 1010 Vienna.

AYC (Adria Yacht Center GmbH) is the representative agent for cooperating charter companies.
8. Services: We offer an airport transfer service on request (charged additionally). By booking the All-Inclusive package - one parking is free of charge.
Important: The charter is affected in the acknowledgment of the attached Terms & Conditions that form an integral part of this agreement and is accepted by you as the Charteree by paying the first installment to the mentioned bank account above.
As soon as the first payment is on our account, the booking is fixed and the charter agreement mentioned above in acknowledgement of our attached Terms and Conditions is concluded. Please inform us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel this booking.
