Job Description :

-Performed mechanical maintenance of all rotating machinery and static equipment of a 1200 Ton/Day Ammonia plant. I have extensive experience in the overhaul of all plant capital equipment such as boilers, reformers, furnaces, shell and tube heat exchangers, ammonia reactor, CO2 removal columns, air cooled heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, burners, multi stage Boiler feed water pump, steam driven turbine, hydraulic turbines, centrifugal pumps, dosing stations, blowers, axial flow fans, gearboxes...etc.

-Responsible for the technical study of all spare parts. It's availability and consumption.

-Generation of Equipment Job breakdowns. Calculating related man-hours and spare part consumption.

-Planning of shutdown activities Manpower and cost management during turnaround.

-Successfully performed 3 complete turnarounds with minimized cost of manpower and spares.

-Then I was assigned for six month to join the project team which participated in the mechanical erection, commissioning and acceptance of a 2000 Ton/Day Ammonia and Urea Plants. Implemented and monitored strict use of erection procedures and systems.

-Responsible for maintenance and inspection of Multi stage steam reaction turbine 320 MW.

-All kind of pumps (centrifugal, axial, positive displacement)
