The latest revised rules of the ARBA and ADRC will govern the shows. Entering the Show indicates your acceptance of these rules.
Entries are due on or before March 31, 2012 and may not be changed afterwards.
These Shows will use a no ear number entry process. Entries must indicate the Variety, Class and Sex of each rabbit entered, but Ear #’s are not required until check – in.
Your Entry must indicate if it is OPEN or YOUTH. Any Entry not specifically marked as YOUTH, will be assumed to be OPEN. No Entries may be changed after the date of March 31, 2012
All Rabbits within the Lebanon Valley Expo Center Facility must be prepaid with your Entry and be assigned a coop. “For Sale” coops will be available for a cost of $5.00 each. Under No Circumstances per State of PA regulations are any animals permitted to be in the Center Hall Area!
Rabbit Show Entry fees for both OPEN & YOUTH are $7.00 per Rabbit for Fur Class are $ 3.50 per Rabbit and AOV are $7.00 per Rabbit.
Remember to order your Banquet Tickets along with your Show entries on the same form.
Refer to the Show Schedule & Events for a listing of opening and closing of the Facility and for the closing of the check in procedures.
Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Any animals left in the facility after 11:00 AM Sunday, April 15, 2012 will become the property of the Chesapeake Regional Dutch Breeders Association. While every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of the Exhibitors and animals, all entries made are at the Owner’s risk. Show personnel, Judges, Carriers, Show Officials and Staff and the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center are in no way responsible for the death threat or injury of any animals or Exhibitors.
Absolutely No Smoking, Drinking of Alcoholic Beverages, Playing of Loud Music or Voices, Abusive Language, Violent Behavior, Weapons of any kind shall be permitted within the Lebanon Valley Exposition Center Property.
Exhibitors must be members in good standing of the ADRC in order to receive any special awards offered by the American Dutch Rabbit Club.
