RIVERSTONE LODGE or ROCKY RIVER LODGE – INFORMATION SHEET
The telephone only processes local numbers (706 area code) and emergency numbers. All other calls must be made using a calling card. The cabin telephone number is 706-636-4506 for Riverstone, 706-636-4505 for Rocky River
Sheets and pillowcases for use with the sleeper sofas, futon, and the two roll away beds are located and labeled for size in the laundry room on the shelf behind the door.
Blankets, pillows and comforters are located in the closets. Also check the ottoman and trunk.
Kitchen sink does have a disposal. Do not flush food or other debris down the drain.
Cabin is on a septic system. Do not flush feminine items or paper towels down the drain.
Instructions for Televisions, DVR’s and Satellite are located on them. Do not touch, disconnect or relocate HDMI cables
Street light switch is the first light switch located to the front door by the refrigerator.
Light switch for basketball court is the time switch on the wall by the door leading to the gas grill.
Floodlight for the backyard is the timer switch on the wall by the staircase & door leading to the main deck
A limited amount of firewood for indoor use is provided October thru April.
CRR Amenities pass is located in the nightstand of the master bedroom (for swimming pools etc) which allows guests limited access with a maximum of two punches on the card which allows a maximum of eight guests per use.
CHECK OUT PROCEEDURES
Failure to follow and comply with these instructions for check out will result in loss of the security deposit and/or excessive fees for cleanup as per rental agreement.
· Upon final departure, return the thermostat to 55 degrees (heat mode) in the spring, fall and winter and 78 degrees (cooling mode) in the summer.
· Strip all used sheet sets and pillowcases and puts sets into single pillowcase. (Note: please do not remove mattress covers, decorative pillows covers or comforters off the beds.) Place all bagged sheets in the main level bathtub. Leave linens only on beds where no one has slept.
· Start one load of towels in the washing machine and place all other dirty towels in bath tub of main level bathroom.
· All trash must be bagged and placed outside in the green trash bins. This means no boxes or loose trash is allowed and will not be picked up! As per rental agreement there is a $50.00 charge for handles loose trash. Make sure bin lid is closed securely so animals will not get in to bins. Trash is picked up at the front porch on Fridays (and Mondays during the summer)
· No food or dirty dishes left out and the last load of dishes is run in dishwasher.
· Amnesties pass is to be returned to the nightstand of the master bedroom. If pass not returned, a fee of $85.00 is charged to replace the pass.
· Make sure all Basketballs, volleyballs, shuffleboard equipment, canoes, kayaks, tubes, paddles, and life jackets are stored and secured. (Canoes are to be locked up to the tree by the picnic pavilion)
· Make sure all windows (upper and lower cases) are closed!!! and doors are closed.
· Close and Lock all doors including placing pad locks on the lower deck gate and the Tube storage door.
· Return keys back in to the lock box out side by gas grill, Make sure lock box door is secured.
