Dear Friends,

Thanks to Seminarian Victoria Larson for the proclamation last Sunday! She did an outstanding job and we look forward to her preaching again after she returns. Victoria will be away from Teaching Parish until the next semester begins at the Seminary. Her first Sunday will be January 29.

This week is the 4th Sunday in Advent. We will have our annual “Children’s Christmas Program” as our proclamation. We look forward to this. We will also be installing our newly elected Council persons. We will also complete the service with “A Thanksgiving at the Retirement of a Debt”. We will burn the mortgage which was paid off on November 17.

Sunday School will be in recess until January 8.

I received word of the death of the mother of Rev. LaDonna Thomas. Pastor Thomas served Trinity from 1995-1997. Her mother passed away on December 11, 2011. Pastor Thomas’ address is 380 Martin Drive, Hanover, PA, 17331.
