BOOKINGS
To confirm your place on the team we require a $1000 USD deposit, payable to Rapid Runner Expeditions PVT LTD. The balance is payable on your arrival in Nepal and can be paid in USD, Nepali Rupee or by Credit card. (Credit cards incur and additional 4% surcharge).
CANCELLATION
Deposits are non refundable as they secure your place on the team and our minimumnumbers. Should you need to cancel your adventure and can find anotherparticipant to take your place, we are able to transferyour deposit. This will need to be discuss via email prior to the second persondepositpayment. Prices are subject to change until thedepositisreceivedwhere your price will be secured at the current advertise price.
Should the Join Adventures Team or Rapidrunner Expedition Pvt Ltd cancel the expedition for any reason a full refund will be issued to all participants booked on an expedition.
INSURANCE
Many of the locations of the rivers we explore are in remote areas far from roads. Therefore, participants must hold valid travel insurance which covers participation in white water activities (up to and including class 4), and include provisions for emergency service transportation (helicopter rescue). If your insurance company refuses payment of emergency transportation, by signing this form you are accepting responsibility to cover all expenses involved in getting you to a medical facility.
ALTERATIONS
Rapid Runner Expeditions reserve the right to make alterations to expedition details, and any other company documents, before and after booking have been received. Most of these changes will be minor and we will inform you at the earlies opportunity.
GENERAL
Rapid Runner Expeditions cannot be held responsible for weather conditions and we reserve the right to alter/substitute the events/disciplines/activities due to weather, transportations strikes, mechanical failure or in the interest of safety.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS
Any persons who is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in any activities. No alcohol may be consumed until all activities have ceased for the day. Please inform your trip leader if you are taking any medication while on the expeditions.
PRESUMTION OF RISK
Rapid Runner Expeditions, its agents, associates and suppliers does not accept responsibility for any illness, injury or death, traveling risks, loss or damage to your possessions, or for medical and rescue expenses. You are acknowledging that this is a liability release and is a legally binding contract between you and Rapid Runner Expeditions PVT LTD and that you are signing of your own free will on behalf of yourself. In the case of minors under the age of 18 years, this form must be signed by the parent or legally appointed guardian.
On receiving your trip or event confirmation and by signing this document, you agree to honour and abide by the terms and conditions laid down by Rapid Runner Expeditions PVT LTD.
