Keeping fit is a theme this term so to our Mini Olympians rearing to go! Lets start the fun on our many exciting trips and activity’s, we will be running for four weeks this holiday from 25th July to 19th August 2016.
Events
Please note only on Friday 5th and 19th August on the big trips to South-end and Water World, we will need to leave at 8am sharp, please do not be late, the centre will be open from 7.30am only on these two mornings, if you wish to ensure your child has breakfast before they leave. There are to many trips to list them all, but please note that there are lots more activity available on the day, please feel free to look on notice board for all other activities available or alternatively you can request a copy of the programme. The listed activities below are the main activity for that day not the only activity available.

Costs:
Parents/Carers costs for Sticky Fingers services are as follows:
Cost per day per child / Full week cost {for 5 days] / Discounted weekly cost {5 days}*booked in advance only by 01/07/16 / Late Collection / pick up£17.50 / £85.50 / £77.50 / £5 per 5 minutes after 6pm
Discount:
*Parents/Carers, please note that the discounted 5 day rule only applies if the booking forms and deposit are returned within the specified time frame for each half term {see deadline date in booking section below}.
Booking:
Parents/Carers are reminded that booking forms for half term should be returned fully completed no later than 01.07.16 , please ensure that you have specified which days you require by circling the “Yes” to attend for the day and “No” if your child is not attending for the day. PLEASE NOTE: Any days you tick “Yes” for, you will be required to pay for, even if your child does not attend as a place is being held for your child/children.
Payment:
Parents/Carers have a few choices of methods to pay by, cash or via debit/credit card via our card machine there are no additional charges if you choose to pay by card machine, however you can pay direct on line, account details available upon request. £10 Deposit must be paid with the booking form to secure the place and the full amount should be paid on Monday morning prior to the child’s attendance at Sticky Fingers. Failure to complete final payment will result in your child being taken off the attendance list and will not be allowed to attend on the days required. This is to try and keep administration work down to a minimum, as in the past it has been very difficult trying to chase parents/carers for fees.
Pack Lunches:
Parents/Carers; whilst Sticky Fingers provides a small snack at 4pm for all children ~ can you please ensure that you provide an adequate and nutritional lunch for your child/children which will last the full day of attendance.
Safety:
Parents/Carers a continual reminder that children must have a Hi-Tec Yellow jacket for their own safety. As usual Sticky Fingers are happy to loan one from their own supply as a cost of £1 per day, per child. You may of course purchase one at a cost of £5, please place your request directly with me.
Please note ~ all Sticky Fingers owned jackets are individual numbered and marked.
Opening Time:
Sticky Fingers is open from 8am Monday to Friday; breakfast is served between 8am and no later than 9.30am, should your child be arriving after this time please ensure that you had breakfast the most important meal of the day! Please note that on days when your children is attending a trip or event offsite that they arrive promptly at 8.00am. We will be leaving S/F at 10.00am every day, unless stated on program.
Collection Time:
Parents/Carers please ensure that your child/children are collected promptly and certainly no later than 6pm {unless otherwise stated i.e. trip days}. You are reminded that late collection will incur a penalty charge of £5 per 5 minutes to cover the costs incurred by the late collection.
Routine:
8am ~ 9.30am: Breakfast and activities
9.30am ~ 9.50am: General tidy up
9.50am ~ 10.00am: Registration {all children must be present and on site no later than 10am}
10.00am ~2.00pm: Trips leave, Hi Vis jackets, toilet runs {unless stated earlier}, activities, games.
12pm ~ 12.45pm: Lunch
12.45pm ~ 5.30pm: Activities, games, fun, trips etc etc
5.30pm ~ 5.40pm: General tidy up
5.40pm ~ 5.55pm: Group games to wind down
5.55pm: Children gather their jackets, coats, bags etc
6.00pm Prompt collection by Parents/Carers
{parents/carers will be charged for late collection }
Obviously the above Routine Schedule will only follow this guideline up to 10.00 am and again at 6.00 pm for collection for July Half Term.
