Dear Community member:
We are writing on behalf of Fort Lupton High School League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC); a club that promotes education, leadership, community involvement, family values, and cultural diversity.
We are happy to announce that on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 6:30 P. M. we will be hosting a community event, our Third Annual “Parade of Lights.” The primary purpose of this event is to promote collaboration within Weld RE-8 School District, as well as all community agencies and businesses. Secondly, we would like to spread the Holiday Spirit!!!
Moreover, we would like to promote this event as a fundraiser for scholarships. As an effort to reward our members, we would like to ask for your participation. However, the donation is completely voluntary and anyone is welcome to participate.
Please join our celebration by decorating your window or buildingand/or enter the paradewith a lighted vehicle, horse,motorcycle, bicycle, and/or float. Included with this letter is the parade registration form and route.
Please remember that there isno small donation and every dollar will help our students pay for their college education.
You can be a part of this exciting and empowering program that rewards the future men and women of the Fort Lupton Community. With your tax-deductible contribution, each selected student will receive a scholarship. The name of your business will be included in the list of donors, which will be announced publicly at the event.
