Following rich table and plenary discussions, these priorities were established for action in 2013:
· Create an ONLINE REPOSITORY OF BEST/PROMISING PRACTICES in our field at www.cccda.org

· Develop a NATIONAL CAREER/WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

· GET THE WORD OUT
o Develop a career development “primer” with language that makes sense of our work for Canadians

o Develop a strategy/media product to build career development awareness (e.g. a viral video)

· Promote CAREER DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE K-12 SECTOR

All working group leads have agreed to initiate their first step by end February, 2013. Sareena Hopkins will report on the progress of each working group at least quarterly via CCCD communiqués and/or Career Developments.
