Items other than Remanufactured/Compatible Ink and Toner Cartridges - Have an 18 month warranty or full manufactures warranty whichever is greater.
Return Goods Policy for Remanufactured Ink and Toner Cartridges – Customers will be authorized to return unopened product for a period of 90 days and opened product for a period of 30 days. For non-defective items, customer will be responsible for paying for the return freight of the item.
Items other than Remanufactured/Compatible Ink and Toner Cartridges - Items can be returned for full credit within 30 days. In the event that the reason for return is found to be the fault of the customer, the cost of shipping the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
