We are currently seeking aTalent Acquisition and Branding Manager to help run process for internal hiring as well as manage local branding for the company. Becoming the Talent Acquisition & Branding Manager at Govig offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential and benefits.

Responsibilities:
Our Talent Acquisition & Branding Manager will be responsible forcarrying out projects such as:
- Understand the company, its people and our values thoroughly and represent the Govig brand
- Manage the internal talent acquisition cycle: utilize conventional and creative sources to create new leads, source the best talent in the market, and bring candidates through the internal hiring process
- Take care of all new hire paperwork
- Conduct periodic on-boarding meetings to ensure employee satisfaction and foster continual program improvement
- Attend career fairs and present at student organizations for recruitment purposes
- Manage recruitment and oversight of our internship program
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships in the local community with colleges and student organizations for our robust internship program
- Manage digital marketing projects such as social media campaigns and creating internal marketing material
- Bring a fresh set of eyes to the Govig brand and put your own spin on things!

Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree (any concentration)
- High level of emotional intelligence: assertiveness, persuasiveness, active listening, and emotional intelligence
- Strong sense of communication, both verbal and written
- Genuine desire to work with people and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others
- Resilience and an ability to overcome obstacles – change is the rule not the exception
- Natural aptitude with technology (Boolean search, MS Office, Social Networks)
