The General Executive Board Meeting of the Panhellenic Council of Bradley University met on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. in Harper 21.

- Presidents roundtable – 3/11 at 8:00 p.m. in Braves Room discuss operational issues and resources
- 4/1 Ben will do presentation on “Teaching Pigs How to Fly”

Danielle Fezouati, Director of Finance:
- Handing out budget to delegates
- Redid the budget and emailed to treasures
- Will vote on 3/29
Mary Zalinger, Director of Academics:
- February Professor of the Month – Brenda Pratt from PT department
- Academic Roundtable – 3/11 at 5:30 p.m.
- Grand Chapter possibly off campus that’s big enough for Fraternity, Sorority, and NPCH
Jade Peters, Director of Recruitment:
- New Recruitment Rules to be sent out (still working on times)

Amy Agosta, Director of Philanthropy and Community Service:
- 24 hours of music on the quad – 4/17 from 5p.m.-5p.m.
- Sponsoring a service dog $100/year possibly as a Chapter

- SGEC: Drop off event on 5/9 from 10-2 pm (Anything that plugs into the wall or runs on battery, take there and will recycle it)
- Moss Bradley Community Service 4/26: will give presentation 4/1 about what Panhel/IFC plan to do
